DIY Thoughtful Grandparent Gift
I made this really cute gift for my grandparents with items that I already had laying around. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has a stock pile of unused picture frames stashed away. I can't help but to buy them every time I find a great deal deal on at the store or a yard sale. I printed the saying up on Word and printed it out at home. This would also be really cute on same paper with a design, but I didn't have any at the time. So in order to jazz it up a bit, I used a plastic disposable tablecloth that I had gotten at Walmart in the party section. I just cut a piece out and placed the say on top of it with double sided tape. (It looks off center in the picture because I had to take it at an angle to avoid the glare from my flash)
There you go.... A totally thoughtful gift that didn't cost me a thing and really made my grandparents smile when I visited them a few weeks ago!!!

Homemade Lemon Sugar Hand Scrub
This homemade mixture is amazing for exfoliating and rejuvenating your tired hands. Its simple to make and most likely you already have the ingredients in your home. All you need is:
2 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp of lemon juice
Mix the ingredients well and you will have enough to fill a 12oz mason jar. Make sure you have a jar with a tight fitting lid to avoid any spills in the future. It may need to be stirred occasionally before use after its been sitting a while.
THIS ALSO MAKES A REALLY GREAT ADDITION TO A GIFT BASKET FOR ANY WOMAN!

Homemade "Drink" Candle
I made this candles at home and I wanted to share the pictures because I am so proud of them and LOVE them so much!!!! Especially the coffee drink candle. The "whipped" topping turned out perfect and it looks so cute! I bought both of these glasses from The Dollar Tree.
Homemade Christmas Card Holder
Have I mentioned how much I LOVE The Dollar Tree??? I have a total of less than $3 in this cute Christmas card holder. Every year I get so many Christmas cards and never have a good place to put them. They usually would end up on the mantle, but would fall off. So I did some crafting this year. It literally took me less than 10 minutes to create this. I found this cute sign at Dollar Tree, along with the ribbon, and clothes pins. I already had the 3 bows laying around. I cut 3 equal pieces of ribbon and hot glued them to the sign. Then I added the bows with hot glue. Throw some clothes pins on and your finished!!!!
