Sour Cream Chicken Bake

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts or tenders
  • 1 1/2 cups of Pepperidge Farm Herbed Stuffing (crumbles preferred, if not then crush them up in a plastic bag first) 
  • 1 cup (approx) of sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Lay the chicken close together on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat with a thick layer of the sour cream. Top with the Pepperidge Farm Stuffing crumbles, and then dot with the butter all the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or up to 1 hour for chicken breasts. Its ready when the stuffing is nicely browned and the chicken is cooked all the way through. Enjoy!!!
